Who we are

Airupt provides a builder and hosting for Tebex storefronts. This policy explains what personal data we process when you use Airupt and when players visit a storefront built with Airupt.

Data about Airupt users

Account data: your email address, name and login details, so you can sign in and so project owners can invite you to a team.

Project data: the storefronts you build, including text, images and settings, and the Tebex public token you connect.

Billing data: your plan and subscription status. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.

Usage data: basic logs such as IP address, browser and actions in the editor, used to keep the service secure and fix problems.

Data about players visiting a storefront

When a player visits a published storefront, we process technical data such as IP address and browser to serve the page. Baskets, logins and payments happen through Tebex and are covered by Tebex's privacy policy.

If the store owner adds a Google Analytics measurement ID, page views are also sent to Google Analytics on behalf of the store owner. The store owner is responsible for informing players and asking for consent where required.

AI assistant

When you use the AI assistant, your request and the relevant parts of your storefront are sent to our AI provider to generate the change. Do not include personal data of others in your requests.

Why we use this data

To provide the service you signed up for, to bill you, to keep Airupt secure, and to improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run Airupt, such as hosting, Stripe for billing, Tebex for store data and checkout, and our AI provider. They may only use the data to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and project data while your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, unless we must keep it for legal or tax reasons.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to certain uses. Contact us to make a request.
