What Airupt is

Airupt is a service for building and hosting storefronts for Tebex game stores. By creating an account or using Airupt you agree to these terms.

Your account

You need an account to use the editor. Keep your login details safe and tell us if you think someone else has access to your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account and in the projects you own.

Project owners decide who they invite as team members and are responsible for what those team members do in their projects.

Your Tebex store and your content

You must have the right to connect the Tebex store you link to Airupt. You only give us the store's public Headless API token; never share your private key with us.

You own the content you put on your storefront, such as text, images and player reviews. You give us permission to store, display and host that content so we can run your storefront. Only publish reviews and images you have permission to use.

Do not use Airupt for anything illegal, misleading or harmful, or for content that breaks Tebex's rules or the rules of the game you sell for. We may unpublish storefronts that do.

Sales and checkout

Purchases on your storefront are handled by Tebex. Tebex processes the payment, and the sale is between you, your player and Tebex under Tebex's own terms. Airupt is not the seller and does not handle your players' payment details, refunds or payouts.

Plans, billing and cancellation

The editor is free. Publishing a storefront requires a paid plan. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider Stripe.

You can cancel at any time. You keep your paid features until the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that, your published storefronts are unpublished. Your projects stay in your account.

We may change our prices. If we do, we will tell you before the change affects your next billing period.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Airupt running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Features may change as Airupt improves; we announce larger changes in the changelog.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Airupt is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Ending your use

You can stop using Airupt and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
